Finnigan LCQ Classic LC/MS/MS

This system features a mass range of 150 to 2,000 amu and it includes an Electrospray Ionization Probe, Xcalibur Data System and a mechanical pump.

The Xcalibur Data System is a flexible Windows PC based system for complete instrument control for the Finnigan LCQ family of mass spectrometers. Its capabilities include full MS with Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM), MS/MS with Selected Reaction Monitoring (SRM) and Electrospray Ionization (ESI) Probe for highly polar and ionic compounds. Ions of either positive or negative polarity can be detected. Quantitation sensitivity in the pg/mL concentration range or lower can be achieved, depending upon the nature of the analyte and its matrix.
